I am a purchasing customer who has an issue with a company using Shopify. This company has a beautiful website and looks legit with lots of testimonials on their product. I purchased their product and am having some issues and so I have attempted multiple times with two different email addresses to CONTACT them, but they have a random email that does NOT exist and keeps bouncing! They have their “name dot com at gmail dot com” and gmail keeps sending it back as not valid.

I wrote to shopify and they sent me back an automated message they would contact the company and if I don’t hear from them I am basically on my own, which means for sure I will stop my credit card. HOW does this kind of issue happen on a place like this where businesses are supposed to be honest and reachable? Can ANYONE help me any further? I put in the company name to see if there was any feedback and I don’t see any. This is NOT a good feeling for shopping on shopify and for this company! Thanks for any help anyone may give me
