Help with figuring out which template/page type to use

Hi, help! Here is my website in progress - Land and Roots | Texas Land Development Group – Land & Roots (land-and-roots.myshopify.com)

I am attempting to create a page similar to this layout Homes – Hidden Valley Homes (hiddenvalleyhomesnashville.com) for reference under the COMMUNITIES tab in my mega nav.

I am trying to create a list of “Communities” that you can click into for more information about each. Which page type should I set up? I am not selling anything on my website… Thank you!

You are using Craft theme. You need to create a page with page type, then use “Image With Text” section to build your expected page. For more details, take a look these screenshots
