Help With Footer - Centering all Footer items on "DAWN" Theme

Hi - In the Dawn Theme, I am trying to get all items in the footer centered on all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), so it looks like the attached, but the code in this discussion has not worked out. I am also trying to rearrange how the items are stacked.

I want to remove the link title/heading for the footer menu without removing the call to action email heading.

Any Suggestions?

I cannot do that. It is the free dawn theme.
