Hi everyone,
I’ve recently launched my Shopify store https://trivanta.shop, and I’m having ongoing issues with getting my Google Ads account approved.
Despite following all the policy guidelines (the site is secure, indexed, has clear policies, no restricted products, etc.), my Google Ads account was suspended under the “Circumventing Systems” policy. I’ve submitted appeals with supporting evidence (including clean reports from Google Safe Browsing and TrustedSite), but the suspension remains. I wasn’t able to delete the original ad either, in case it was the cause.
To troubleshoot further, I’ve:
-
Installed and configured JSON-LD for SEO by Ilana Davis
-
Verified my domain and added policies in the footer
-
Connected to Search Console successfully
-
Reviewed every page for compliance
At this point, I’m looking for guidance from others who have run into similar issues. Has anyone had success resolving this, or can suggest what else I might try? I’m open to best practices, insights into ad structure, or any steps I might have missed.
Thank you in advance!

Hi,
Our SEO application can handle both of these issues:
-Installed and configured JSON-LD for SEO by Ilana Davis
-Connected to Search Console successfully
By the way, I checked the JSON LD health status of your website.
There is a warning "Field ‘priceValidUntil’ not filled (non-fatal)"
So you can still install our SEO app and let our customer support can solve this problem.
Our customer support can also can Connected to Search Console successfully.
Thank you for offering a solution.
This is not a necessary field, google doesnt see it as a drama. It’s a nice to have, so is not part of the problem, this is easily sorted by using a to patch in a pricevaliduntil.
This won’t fix an incorrectly identified Circumventing by Google. The only thing that will fix it is direct intervention by a Google person not a bot, therefore my only solution is to dump Google, which is what I have done. No paid ads from me. Too much time and energy wasted on multiple appeals, no meaningful feedback, and no evidence of wrongdoing so I will spend my ad budget elsewhere.
Yes, dump GoogleAds and move on with life.
I deeply feel your difficult situation,
No matter what, I wish you a prosperous business!
