Hi. I have my Merchant Account suspended for Misrepresentation. Sent about 4 appeals, last one was sent on March 30th. After 2nd and 3rd appelation there were 7 days cool down period before requesting new appeal, but after 4th unsucessfull appelation the requet review button appeared within 1 minute. I found that strange. Also today there appeared message above request review button. Check the image please. Can someone tell me tell me, if I do what it said there, will I get my Merchant account reinstated?
When you request a review, make sure you have resolved all potential issues. Otherwise, you may end up getting permanently banned.
Getting instant rejections, mostly indicates they already know you have not resolved the fundamental issues, or that your business does not qualify in terms of trust.
Resolving issues can only be done with educated guesses, due to Google not disclosing any specifics. So I recommend you check the policies below and see there is anything you are violating.

How do you know if you’ve been permanently banned? If the date you’re eligible to request another review was today but the button is grayed out, is that permanent ban or do you wait at least the next day after the eligibility date?
For a few years now, Google no longer shows if you have a perma ban or not. So, my recommendation is to go the extra mile, fix everything, to avoid such situations.
