Help with Image with text block - how to swap on mobile

How can I swap the image position on mobile only? I have a page on a site where I have 6 of these blocks so every other one needs to swap on mobile so it views as image, text, image, text, image, text, image, text, image, text, image, text instead of image, text, text, image, image, text etc.

It’s on the Venture theme.

Appreciate any help.
