I run an indoor golf center. We take online bookings where clients pay in-house, but for certain events, we need clients to pay in advance.
How can I set up my Shopify store to handle both payment methods? Are there specific settings or apps that can help?

Thanks for your post. You can easily achieve what you’re looking to do with Shopify! For events where customers pay in advance, you can either add a product for the event to your online store so customers can purchase entrance to the event and check out online, or you can create a draft order for your customer and either collect payment from them over the phone or send them a secure checkout link.
When customers pay in person, I recommend using Shopify’s POS system. You can use the Shopify POS app on your phone or tablet, and we also have POS hardware available.
