Help With Product Tab/Preview in the Collection Page

Was just curious if I could change the product Tab to portrait style instead of square for all of them in my collection. Also how would I make the product text name smaller for all my product in my collection. Also how could I move all the text to the left. Thanks if you could help with all these.
