Help with store feedback: I didnt get sales,

Hey, im created a new store, because i was scammed with 4k euro by “shopify experts” (One from Nigeria), and im aswell didnt get sales in my other old one store.(he aswell choosed 1year sub for Kaching Bundles, and its already gone from my bank, nevermind). Im maked new store with ai, i mean with autods, and copied a worked good design and strategy from yt video (Fameous dropshipper). I did everything what he did, and i started run ads since 2 day, and i spended $80 in 2 day (Because im stopped). I have very good numbers(CPM, CPC, CTR AND ATC, THIS IS THE IMPORT). I Get 8 ATC (Add to cart), and dont get sale. I know im finded a winner product, because im did product research on autods aswell, and on tiktok, and i just saw these comments like “i want it, i need it, where to buy it?, how to order?”.. Since im created the new store, a lot, really lot of VA sended me a message for work together, because i have good store with good products. Im also added another product, but i just try it after if the winner product is not will win..Please give me a review about my store, and tell me what the problem/s with the store, or with checkout, or with pricing, or something like that..

Here is my store link: https://lumierefitstore.com

About the pricing, the sellers sell this product $80-$100-$120..Me want to sell for 60..so im really sell under the price in market. And still didnt get sale..

Hi @Flex1760

Sorry to hear you got scammed, especially by “experts” from Nigeria. And also, YouTube videos, even if they are a famous YouTuber, do not give you the whole picture.

To me, dropshipping is very hard, even if you get it right. Winning products, ads, run Instagram and TikTok videos. Still, you are one in a hundred thousand people who have stored. And you have to do work like any other store. Plus, it needs time.

Now, your store, your product page is a solid one. Even if it has some obvious red flags and tricks. You have 10,000 + verified customers, but then just 19 actual reviews. You " Hurry!! offer expires" just resets, so not true that it expires. And warning" we recently went viral, and stock is limited," another trick. And why is 2+1 a free default option? It’s a better one? Why would I need 3, and how can you lose $138 on that bundle?

And that “Our guarantee” sounds good, but if you “try risk-free” for 30 days, by your return policy says, "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. " so trick again?

But rest of the pages are like they do not exist. That homepage, I will not even comment on. Nothing personal and nothing about your company. No contact information, no business details. Default menu.

And for price, under the market price is relative. You still do not lose money but less gain then other. But you get that for $10 to $13 so $60 is fine. But then you can check Walmart, now it is on sale for $40.

So it always comes to this: why would I buy from you? Leave my personal and credit card info at a store that does not provide minimum information. Plus some fake data. And your store is just a week old. So it comes back to credibility and trust signals. You have some on paper, but it is questionable. I saw a lot of scam stores that looks simlar, and they are focused on getting more by selling bundles. With all the red flags, like your store. As I said, it is tough for a new store that is dropshipping.
And you can not expect sales this early; it just does not work like that, no matter what gurus say. And it is hard to pay $40 for a month every day. Again, why would anyone buy from you and not from Walmart or Aliexpress? IT is tough, I know.

And the suggestion that is given here a lot, do spend some time looking at other topics in Store feedback, and search for “no sales” and " zero sales". for tips and advice on how to improve your store. You will also find examples of no sale sfor 3,6 9, months often. Sometimes it just does not work, like advertised on YouTube.

Good luck

Hey @Laza_Binaery
Thanks for the review on the store, i really appreciate it. But as i said, im copied from another youtuber step by step, he created a new store, and he giving all that thing, what is need to start new store from zero. He aswell using these things, and im moving with him together step by step. I just want to telling with that, im copied his strategy, and he generate 4 sale in 2 day with $50 budget. After one day he generate 14 sale with $100. I know the budget is import, but he also not edited the homepage, im using his theme what he created with his team. My website totally looks like his website, just the color and the product, images differents. Thats all..Thats why i asking because mine looks like his website, and i dont get the same result..Btw what u think, my product is winner? When im do ads, im redirect the customers to the product page, and i checked in analytics, they are not saw the homepage..But really thanks for the feedback, i will try to solve these problems.

Store looks like every overnight dropspitter even before AI slop generation entered.
Just because you copy something does not mean money money money.
If you don’t fix that magical thinking your gonna keep having problems , wasting even more money.
Either bring in real expertise or keep burning money to flail around trying to figure it out.

Way to much noise on the site for only two products, pick one product and remove like 75% of the stuff on the page, or find better products but still get rid of all the cruft.

Imagine your site was brick and mortar would you stay in store like this trying to visually assault you for two generic items?

@Flex1760

You got the details feedback by Laza,

It’s about the ads budget, you have to work on store optimisation first and try to add More products, then customer will have more options..

Also smartly choose the ad’s targeting.. it’s very important for conversion point of view..

Hey @Flex1760, sorry about the 4k scam that’s a brutal start. Laza and Paul already covered the trust signals, fake urgency, and noise on the page. I want to address something different because it’s actually the root of your problem: the assumption that copying the YouTuber’s store should get you the same result. That’s the thing you need to unlearn before anything else will work, and I say this with zero judgment most new dropshippers believe this and almost all of them lose money because of it.

1. The YouTuber is not selling the TwistFit. He is selling “how to make money dropshipping.”

Read that again. His Shopify store is a demo prop. His real business is YouTube views, course sales, mentorship, and affiliate commissions on apps he recommends. When you “copy his store step by step,” you’re copying a prop not a business. His 4 sales on day 1 and 14 on day 2 almost certainly come from:

  • Warm traffic from his own audience who clicks in to “support him.”

  • Pixel history on his ad account Meta already knows who buys fitness gadgets from his pattern of past campaigns.

  • Potentially a verified business manager that’s been trusted for months.

  • A product his team is sourcing at volume, not individual AutoDS margins.

You have none of those. You’re starting cold with a fresh pixel, a brand-new domain, and zero audience. The funnel looks identical from the outside but the inputs are completely different. You are not running the same experiment.

2. Your 8 ATC with 0 sales is a data signal not a “bad luck” problem

If the top-of-funnel numbers (CTR 2.1%, CPC $0.44) are good and ATC is 8 but purchases are 0, one of four things is happening. Check each:

  • Pixel/Checkout tracking is broken. Go through your own checkout end-to-end using a different browser. Does the “Purchase” event fire in Meta Events Manager? If not, Meta can’t optimize for buyers it’ll just keep finding you more clickers.

  • Checkout itself has friction. Does shipping cost jump at checkout? Is there a country that isn’t supported? Try it as a customer from the country your ads are running in.

  • Price shock at checkout. “Paid shipping” on the $59 bundle but free on the $119 bundle trains the shopper that the cheaper option has a hidden cost. That’s psychologically sophisticated but it also kills single-unit conversions the shopper adds to cart, sees paid shipping, and bails.

  • Trust collapse between PDP and checkout. Your PDP has 10,000+ verified customers, a 4.8 rating, and “viral” claims. Your checkout shows a 1-week-old domain, no contact info, no policy pages that reassure. The disconnect is jarring right at the moment of payment.

3. The Amazon review images will eventually cost you the store

I noticed your reviews use images hosted on m.media-amazon.com and Judge.me flags them as “collected from another provider.” Those are pulled from real Amazon reviews of the FEIERDUN twist board not your store. Two risks:

  • Amazon/brand can DMCA-takedown your product page or pressure your ad account.

  • Shopify and Meta have both been tightening on this. If a user complains, your store gets flagged.

This is the kind of thing that seems harmless until your account gets banned and you lose your ad spend and your domain history overnight. It’s also the kind of thing the YouTuber is probably fine doing because he’s on his fifth store and treats them as disposable. You can’t afford that.

4. What to actually do this week

If I were in your position, I wouldn’t add more products and I wouldn’t run more ads until these are fixed:

  1. Verify the pixel end-to-end. Purchase event firing on checkout completion is non-negotiable.

  2. Remove the Amazon-sourced review images and replace with genuine reviews (even 3 real ones from friends who try the product, as long as they’re authentic).

  3. Remove the fake urgency (countdown timer that resets, “viral/limited stock” when you just started). These actively hurt conversion on cold traffic they work for warm traffic that already trusts you.

  4. Add one real trust layer: a photo of you, a one-paragraph About, a phone or support email, a real business address. Laza mentioned this too it matters more than any layout change.

  5. Walk through your checkout as a stranger from the country your ads target. Count every friction point. Fix the top 3.

  6. Change the bundle default to “Buy 1” with free shipping. Forcing the default to “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” on a cold audience is scaring away exactly the single-unit buyers your pixel needs to collect data on.

5. The harder truth

The YouTuber survivorship bias is real. For every one that makes a video titled “I got 14 sales in 2 days with this store,” there are hundreds of people who copied the exact same setup, spent their savings, and posted threads like this one. The ones who succeed in dropshipping long-term almost always transition away from generic dropship products into branded D2C the moment something starts working, because the margins and defensibility aren’t there on the commodity stuff.

You’ve already been scammed once. Please don’t let ad spend on a flawed setup become the second hit. Fix the technical and trust basics first. If after that the product still doesn’t convert, it’s the product not you, and moving on fast is how you save money.

Good luck. You’re asking the right questions by posting here, which is more than most do.

Regards,
Rahul

First “no sales” post was April 2024. It’s been 2 years now. Have you learned anything in the last 2 years? Design? Honesty? Credibility? Work ethic? Study? Product photography? In-person sales? Packaging? Shipping? Product testing?

Or is this the same old copy/paste technique? Right there you just admitted you copied some YouTube video and now you think you should have sales? In 2 years you still haven’t made an about us page or put any business information. There are millions of Shopify stores, you have 3 dropshipped temu products, how many sales do you think you should get? Would you buy from this site? Cause I wouldn’t… 2 years and I see really not much more than 30 minutes of work done.

copying a youtuber’s strategy step by step almost never works because they leave out the parts that actually matter, like audience targeting, ad creative testing, and building any kind of brand identity. the store itself just looks like another generic dropship shop and customers can spot that instantly.

if you’re going to stick with dropshipping, the single fastest way to look less like a dropshipper is to ditch the supplier photos. those default AliExpress images are a dead giveaway. there are AI tools now that can take those basic product shots and turn them into decent lifestyle and studio photos. we use one called Prodofoto in our own store, and for dropshipping specifically it’s a game changer since you obviously can’t do traditional photoshoots for products you don’t physically have. but even without that, at least edit the supplier photos to remove watermarks, crop consistently, and match a color scheme across your whole catalog.
