Help with the theme Please I am new

I juste recently started setting up my new online store and its stressful as hell because this is all new to me.

I have purchased a theme on themeforest .net and for a couple of days I have been trying to figure out my way around it and how it works only today to realise that all the important stuff as products ,navigation pages all go automatically to the Shopify theme Dawn that is set as my current page.

How do I delete it as there is no remove button on it?

How to I connect to my purchased theme ?

If you want to delete the dawn theme, then you have to make another theme your main theme. So you can upload your bought theme and make it your main theme and then delete dawn theme
