Hi, I use the code from this blog on one of my sites and it worked fine

I added it to my other store and the formatting has all changed, head placement, an unstuck item is showing sold out and text is repeating.
I removed the code and the formatting has stayed the same. Can anyone help look at the code and see what is happening to my site? many thank s
