Hey check out my store 🫠

This is my store, and I have over 600 sessions but I still don’t get a Sale not even 1, I don’t know what to do I promote it on Instagram facebook and soon I’ll try tiktok, can anybody tell me if I’m doing something wrong or what should I do get sales

Basic AutoDS dropshipping store. Just one out of hundreds of thousands. No about us page, no public contact information, address buried deep in pages you have never even looked at. Homepage has images that have absolutely nothing to do your actual products. And those section buttons don’t go anywhere. Social media links don’t go to any social media pages. Website link goes to myshopify.com when public-facing email is dev@brandbox.co but then you have a gmail again buried in a page you have never checked out or cared to polish. Footer bar says developed by brandbox llc which is very doubtful you actually spent money on an llc. Nothing trustworthy, nothing to validate you’re not a scammer.

The only positive I see is you’re not directly claiming to be the one who is printing or shipping out the products. It’s clear from the lack of effort to remove the AutoDS vendor tags that you aren’t trying to actively deceive. So kudos on that.

You could browse around this forum. Plenty of like-minded merchants who are trying to solve this no sales mystery.

what @Maximus3 said and don’t forget your [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] in the refund policy.

Everyone starts with these kinds of problems. Fix what maximus is suggesting.

Hi @Malia18.5

600 sessions with zero sales tells you the traffic isn’t the problem, something on the store itself is stopping people from buying. Let’s get into what that is.

First thing, get a custom domain. A myshopify URL on a store selling $84.99 cargo pants and $104.99 parkas is a trust mismatch that people notice immediately. At those price points someone visiting for the first time needs to feel confident about where they’re spending their money and a default Shopify domain undercuts that before they’ve even looked at a single product.

The second thing is your homepage imagery. Your best selling and trending sections are showing images that have nothing to do with your actual products and that’s genuinely confusing for a first time visitor. Someone lands, sees mismatched visuals and starts questioning whether the store is legitimate. Fix that before anything else because it’s actively working against you right now.

The cart redirect is another conversion killer. Sending someone to a separate page the moment they click add to cart breaks the shopping flow completely and at your price points people need that browsing momentum to stay warm. A slider cart keeps them right where they are and dramatically reduces the drop off. Once you have that, add a free shipping progress bar inside it and show cross-sell suggestions too.

Someone adding the Medusa Parka should be seeing the Fade Away Cargo Pants or a matching shirt right there in the cart. You have a strong enough catalogue to make outfit combinations work really naturally.

From a personal standpoint, streetwear at these prices needs strong lifestyle imagery and social proof before it converts. People paying $79 for a hoodie from a brand they’ve never heard of need to see real people wearing it and real reviews backing it up. That’s probably the biggest gap between your traffic and your sales right now.

Don’t install separate apps for all the cart features either. It adds cost and slows your store down. Something likeiCart handles the slider cart, progress bar and in-cart cross-sells all together without the mess.

It may be more customer friendly to add a support chat instead making customers fill out a contact form. The products should also be grouped by category, for example all the shirts together rather than alphabetically.

Hi,
I completely agree with the optimization details Maximus3 mentioned.

After looking at your website, I didn’t immediately trust it, which is crucial for both organic and paid traffic. You mentioned trying TikTok ads, so making your website appear more trustworthy is paramount right now.

I think you need to ask yourself this question: Am I truly willing to try selling on Shopify? It’s not an easy task for beginners.

If your answer is yes, you’re willing to invest in starting a Shopify business.

I think you should pay attention to these points:

  1. You can use AI tools and product research tools to help you understand what you want to sell and which channels offer reliable product quality.

  2. Optimize your store before running ads; it’s more cost-effective.

a. Your store’s header navigation makes it obvious that it’s just a template-based website, so you could optimize it.

b. I noticed that your clothing doesn’t have a size chart, which negatively impacts the user experience for potential customers.

  1. I helped check your website traffic on Ahrefs, and it’s brutally honest—no organic traffic from SEO. This means that if you stop advertising on social media, your website will struggle to gain organic traffic.

Therefore, I think your most important task right now is to get your website ready before investing in advertising.

Once your website is ready, if you’re interested in investing in SEO, you can try our SEO app. I’ve left a code here: “SEOAnt-AI SEO40%OFF“, which can help you save some costs. It’s ready to use after installation.

Wishing you all the best
