Hi, I got a problem all the symbols in my shop have a problem now can you help?
I can see the symbols on my computer but when I get in my site from the phone I cant see the symbols as you can see in the pictures i added
Does someone know how to fix the problem?
Without taking a look at your website it’s not possible to diagnose the actual cause of this, however, long story short, your website is not loading the icons library it was supposed to and instead of the icons it’s showing this symbol.
It’d require to hire a developer to take a thorough look at the website and get it fixed, I’m afraid there is not a simple, guided step-by-step fix for this type of situation.

if i click the cache and it back to normal that’s okay or still people can see it like this?
because now i clear the cache and i see it properly
