Hello, since a few days when trying to preview a hidden page they either end up as 404 or are just empty.
Every 10 or so tries it works, but they mostly 404.
If you turn them to “visible” things work as expected. Same thing happening with hidden blog posts.
Has anyone any idea what could be going on?

Can you please share the SS to understand the situation better?
The preview system has always been a wonky mess especially with unpublished resources or in tandem with theme previews on top of resource previews.
With never a clear way to make it consistently work.

Thanks, not much to share. It is either an empty page container or the standard theme 404 and sometimes it works as supposed (ca 3-5%). We just noticed it also affects “product page” previews. So it affects basically all preview functionality in Shopify.
