Hide a Image on desktop but not mobile

Hi, I’m using the dawn theme, I want to be able to have a hero banner video that only shows on mobile. As well as having an image that only shows on desktop. If someone could please give me the code to do so. I already have a custom liquid code for having a Hero banner style video on the store. The store isn’t live yet.
