I just want to share my universal solution to this query. Sometimes we want to show a different slideshow or different banner to our mobile customers but we do not want to edit the code and we can not use the said section for desktop without creating another section and so on and so forth.
No need to spend time figuring out your Section ID. Just need to find the first “<” you see in your Section that you want to edit. No App is being use and it’s FREE. Just simple and straightforward codes.
You change your mind and you want to show the section to desktop / mobile now? No worries, no need to try to change the code. You just have to select show on both in theme editor and click SAVE.
