Hi all,
When shipping to customer from Shopify POS, I would like to know if it is possible to disable and hide the “Custom shipping rate” option. I couldn’t find anything about this.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

@LaurieZ did you check your setting area on the bottom left of the page? and then go to Shipping and delivery, and manage custom shipping rates?
Yeah, it looks like both the carrier and custom rates are enabled and showing.
check and let me know hopefully that helps.
Thank you @ShipVista_COM , the area is empty as we never set it up.
But the option still appears on Shopify POS.

transit time or price or something should be missing
