Hide featured image (first featured product image and second hover image) in product page

Hi there

I have always hidden my first featured product image and second hover image in the product page. This is because they are a different dimension to my product page images.

To do this, I have always written ‘featured’ in the alt text on the images I want to hide, however, now I have updated my theme, it no longer works this way. I am using Prestige version 5.7.0.

Appreciate any suggestions and thank you.
