Beyond that either check the apps settings/cods or disabled the app, or someone would need to dig around the theme to find how the app is implementing a feature or what customizations it may have created.

It may be possible to visually hide it with CSS but you need to provide inspectable urls for some contributor to do that work for free and hope the app doesn’t inject/override that element with it’s own javascript or CSS.
