Hide product grid from all collection templates, except default template

I have at least 100 collection templates that I use a sub-collections. I would like to hide the product grid from all templates except the default template, as that I do use for products. I know I can manually go in one by one and hide it from each template, but I was wanting to see if a quicker option might be available.
