Hi, AFAIK, This is not possible using Script Editor unless you are on Shopify Plus. You would need to use an app like ShipMagic (Starter plan) in order to hide rates for specific conditions like street address, postcode, etc.

Oh perfect then. I am sorry I am not good with scripts, but it is possible to do so. You can contact a developer to get this done. Alternatively, you can use an app.

Unfortunately this didn’t work as intended. It hid all the shipping rates regardless of what street address is inputted. This is the error i got:
