Is it possible to hide the price of a single item in an entire collection? I have the items price hidden on the product page, but if that item shows up in a collection, it displays a price. I want to be able to show this item on my featured products page without it showing the price.

this is possible as an advanced theme customization to make specific prices not even be sent to the users browser( not rendered).
In a lot of themes while you may be able to visually hide an element on a certain page with a CSS style band-aid the reality is prices show up in a variety of surfaces in a theme, product-recommendations, search results, search-predictions, upsells, order-forms, etc etc etc.
FYI: while a themes html or css may not show a price, the ajax api for programmatic access always exposes pricing information and cannot be disabled. This is important if a store is subject to suppliers policies or regulations.
