Hide Vendor Name from Customer on Product Page Symmetry Theme

Hi, I would like to continue to use the vendor field on product page for my own records but want to hide it from my customers. How do I do that?

Hi @H9E

To hide Vendor Name on Product Page, you can do the following:

  1. Online Store → Themes → Edit code:

  1. Find the styles.css file and add this code at the end of the file and click Save:
.product-form .vendor{
    display: none;
}
  • Here is the result:

Thanks for reaching out.

I tested the theme editor for the Symmetry theme and it seems like it is possible to disable the Vendor section within the editor. To do that, head over to Online Store>Symmetry> Customize. In the top menu, select Products>Default product. Then on the left-hand sidebar, you should see the Vendor block that you can either hide or completely remove by following the steps shown below.
