Hiding product form field based on variant selection

I added some add form fields to my products and

now I’d like to figure out how to hide that fields based on what is selected on the “Personalisierung” field, if the customer selects NEIN (default), I’d like the text fields hidden, and if “JA” is chosen for it to be shown.

I would love some guidance and I’m also willing to pay someone to help me achieve that.
