There are number of tools via you can their monthly sales and total visitors. Even many of the paid tools let you know the conversion that.
So, in that case first you need to find the high converting shopify store via his search term for google search.

On the top, there is intext used fashion. But you can search the intext based on your product categories.
Search all of the stores and then you will find out the high converting product template.
Once you find it, then assign it to the developer for the replication.
