High Traffic but No Sales or Add-to-Cart Actions -

I recently launched my first store and initiated TikTok campaigns that have generated significant traffic. Despite the influx of visitors, I’m facing a concerning issue – minimal sales and lack of add-to-cart actions. Despite receiving over 500 visits, only one sale has been made.

I’ve experimented with various interests in my campaigns, yet the results remain stagnant. Interestingly, my competitors are thriving in similar spaces.

Hi Abdul, your site looks great overall. Just noticed two issues:

  1. The quality of the recent customer reviews is low, and don’t inspire trust. This would be enough to make me not purchase. Maybe you can get some more in depth reviews from your customers.

  2. The GIFs, especially the one on the homepage, are a bit grainy and low quality. You could maybe make use of a GIF optimization tool, or else switch to a format like WebP. (They stand out because everything else on the page looks great.)
