Highlight a specific section of text/content, in an 'Image with text block'

Hi Shopify Gurus,

I have an ‘Image with text block’ on my home page (and other pages too). The background is orange and the text is black. I would like to highlight part of the main content ‘black’ and have the text a different colour, is this possible?

Thank you for offering your assistance, I managed to work around this by changing the sections I was using which now is cleaner and easier on the eye.
