I am having issues with my homepage meta description not working on google.
I am using the Supply theme.
Was working for a long time but since changing it, it has stopped.
Any assistance to resolve the issue would be amazing.

Setting meta description for your store does not guarantee it will be picked up by Google. Google may show a different meta description if it thinks it better describe your site.
Google’s aim is to help users to get the right content to answer their questions and to solve their problems. If your meta descriptions aren’t doing a good job of doing that, Google might show something different.

Totally get that but it was working 3 months ago word for word.
Now I getting the issue.
Could it be something in my code? Is it somehow being overwritten.
I can see the description appears correctly in your theme code. Maybe Google just decided to change it differently (although I see in your screenshot it does not look good)
How did you see the code like that?
Right click on your homepage and select View page source.
