Since June 13 or 14, whenever we visit our site, it keeps showing the Contact Us page only and is not showing the normal homepage with banners and products. Our customers have started asking for updates on their orders and potential customers have been looking for our website already. I tried asking Shopify Support about this and they found out that the culprit may be the Terms and Conditions Pro app. They asked me to contact the app developer so that they can remove the app script that keeps our store from functioning well. When they replied, they said everything is already fixed on their end and that they can already access our site, but it’s still not working on our end (even when I used different browsers, incognito mode, or even my mobile phone). App developer said that “the domain had expired recently, so it might take some time for the updates to fully propagate” in our region. As of this writing, we’re still down.
Anyone experiencing this too? Anyone using the same app? We really hope to fix our site soon.
