Homepage photo size different on different devices

Hey everyone.

Im fixing the landing page of my store and I noticed that the image size is different on different devices. For example, this is how it looks on my Macbook and the picture below is how it looks on my 27 inch monitor:

Is there a way to make the image size consistent across devices with different monitor sizes?
