My store home page was reported by google tech support as not loading. They used Chrome to access it. Multiple users tested it and store loads with no issues using Chrome or other browsers. Now my google merchant account is suspended because the website is not functioning properly. How is it possible that the site is not loading for them but loading for everyone else? How can i fix it?
