Hello, I am a beginner and I am trying to build a theme from scratch. Recently I came across a term called ‘mega menu’. So, I want to try building it. However, everywhere I looked for resources and only the ones with already existing themes showed up. Is there a way to create it without having an existing theme and from the scratch?
