I get the first response about 20 hours after sending the email, and then no response for more than 8 hours.
How does it make sense that there was no response for 8 hours???
Even it was the middle of working hours!!!
Does Shopify always have such poor service? Or is this something you are not capable of?
I will file a formal complaint with my lawyer and ask for damages for your incompetence.

We need to get the money until tomorrow, and it was scheduled for the 26th of July.
But now it’s pending, and probably we can not get the money.
The first order has already been shipped to the customer, and the other 3 orders are on their way to Korea.
The remaining orders will be shipped as soon as the products arrive.
I have accurately informed the customer that the delivery will be in 2 weeks because I received a pre-order.
I am very, very disappointed that you did not do anything for 2 days while claiming that you could not check the status of the shipment for no reason, and you should be ashamed of yourselves…,
As it looks like the payment will not be made until tomorrow, our company will have to pay a loss of about 6,900 euros. For a small company like ours, this is a really big amount of money, which we think is due to the stupidity, laziness, and inflexibility of Shoppify or their representatives.
