This is more of a complaint in hopes that Shopify will see this - the new interface for creating shipping labels is SO bad and such a pain. I cannot believe that Shopify would make a change like this. It is way more work for merchants and not intuitive at all. I hope we can get the old one back.
It sounds frustrating to deal with the new shipping label interface on Shopify. Have you considered reaching out to their support team directly to voice your concerns? They might be able to provide insights or solutions to help address your issues.
I agree and raised the issue myself. The ‘new’ interface is REALLY BAD and useless. Also, it doesn’t work and calculate shipping cost properly. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS ONE which had no issues at all.
I have to agree so far. If I used the same printer for both the packing slip and the shipping label, it might be efficient, but unless I’m missing something, this increased my packing time considerably. And, as said, not intuitive…
I completely agree with you. It takes up more time and is burdensome. I am hoping they will receive enough feedback and change it back to the way it was.
