I’m currently using the Origin theme for my online store, where customers can purchase my paintings directly. I’d like to add a feature for high-value items, where instead of a “Add to Cart” button, there would be an option for customers to “email me” for more information. Any suggestions on how to edit this theme or another theme that has this feature, would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @chelstike showing email input for specific high values items instead of buy button require a custom coding. If you familiar with Shopify development then you can do either I suggest to hire a developer like me to do that.
In this model I have to determine the high value products based on product tags and then I need to show them email inout field.
