This is PageFly - Free Landing Page Builder.

This can be achieve by adding html/liquid code to your theme footer file. Requires a little bit of coding knowledge. If you are not comfortable with it, you can follow the guide to add it :

I had already seen that video but objectively it seemed to me not very accurate. Mainly because it doesn’t seem complete to me.
