If you don’t manually select related products, Shopify will automatically generate related products based on the product’s tags, collections, and title. This can be controlled in the “Products” section of the Shopify admin panel under “Related Products” settings.
To set featured products, you can use a “Featured Collection” or manually select the products to be featured on your homepage or other sections of your website. You can also use apps to create custom featured product sections
