We’re working on a small tool called Portaim and would love feedback from anyone in the Shopify ecosystem who works with supplier product data.
We kept running into a very specific issue: supplier CSV/XLSX files are often messy and inconsistent, and preparing them for Shopify import takes a lot of manual cleanup.
Portaim is meant to help with that workflow - it maps supplier columns automatically, highlights common Shopify data issues, and helps prepare cleaner product data before import.
We’re still very early and mainly trying to understand if this is a real pain point for others as well.
