The categorisation of your products should be in efficient manner and the images of your products should be eye catchy. I think you should advertise your products on Instagram and Facebook and if possible on YouTube as well.

Hi @Dopegirlbeauty , thanks for your question. We think it’d be of great benefit to talk generally about what you might need to do to run a business effectively in the long term.
The very crucial step in our opinion is researching your whole business idea, starting from scratch. It’s true that people learn on the go, but without proper thinking and planning, we don’t think the business could survive in such a competitive environment. First, you start with basic questions about the niches/ industries you’re going to invest in. Is it still available for a small business like you to jump in? Is that the niche/ industry that you feel most comfortable with and never stop updating your knowledge about? If yes, then can move onto questions about your targeted customers, the ones will certainly buy your products and the ones who have the intentions to buy. Where are they? What do they usually do when they want to buy your products? What are their habits? WHat contents do they prefer to see?
Only after answering those questions properly should you move to the second process of thinking/ planning, which is digging more deeply into each of the doing-business perspectives. In terms of a financial plan, what are the numbers that you expect to achieve after a certain period of time? Who are your ideal/ wish-to-become e-commerce stores and what will you do to be at their level? These require you to do even more research into their structures, tactics, etc so that you can conclude your own learnings. Next steps, you can start with a small testing phase, in which you invest a small amount of money into some channels, and then see if the results come out well. We suggest you take a look at the Shopify Learn hub to digest and update your knowledge and skills before attempting.
