How can a client cancel their subscription?

Hi

One of my clients wants to cancel shopify subscription

How to do that?

Hello Joyson!

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan. Click Cancel subscription or Pause or cancel subscription. Review the options to pause your subscription, or sell your store. If you still want to cancel, then click Cancel subscription and close store

I cant get in to cancel bc the last payment was declined (bc I have locked them out to stop paying) they are saying I have to pay, in order to get in, to cancel? this cant be right… HELP
