This sounds like our upcoming one-page checkout feature, where the shipping and delivery page is combined with the customer information page.
While this feature is currently only available to selected stores, if you’re interested you can sign up for your store to be considered for early access to one-page checkout via this link, and by entering your email address at the bottom of the page.
Apart from using the one-page feature however, you won’t be able to make any changes to your checkout page at this stage unless your store is on the Shopify Plus plan. Even then, there are limitations as to what you can edit for your checkout page, as explained in this document. This is because the checkout of a store is a secured page, and preventing stores from editing it helps ensure that the information for both stores and customers that are processed on checkout remains safe at all times.
For stores that are not subscribed to Shopify Plus, the checkout page can only be customized for its style, as mentioned in our help guide here.
