I have enabled the order notes on the cart page so that my customer can add a message for greeting cards. However, their notes is not displayed in the order summary. They can’t tell if their message was received on my end. How do I display their order notes so that they can reconfirm the message that was included in the cart? Thanks.
Would you be able to provide us the URL to the store and let us know which theme you are using? This context will allow us to dig a bit deeper into the issue occurring. Typically, if you are using a theme that is designed and supported by Shopify, you can enable the cart notes on the cart page. If you navigate to the Theme Editor and customize the cart page, we can enable cart notes. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
