That was well said and have to agree. Beyond frustrating with the visual tweaks made instead of a feature as important as this. I believe Shopify is about the clicks and scrolls to waste time and this is added to my wasted time having to log into the admin to see balances. Also dislike the fact that the gift cards can’t be reloaded, which is such a waste. My customers find it very hard to believe they can’t reload.
