Hello. We’re about to launch our site, and I have a question that doesn’t seem to have come up in the Community before. We’re going to be selling products have have multiple parts to them. And I want the customer to have the option of removing any part that they don’t need from the cart. It’s important that the items are shopped as if they are a single product, but then I would like that product to be separated into multiple line items once it appears in the cart with the option for customers to remove any part they don’t need. Does that make sense? And is this possible? Thanks!

I have read your requirement, and the thing you need is possible but it would require a way to divide a product into parts in the admin side and then only its possible and for such interface it need a custom app that provide you this functionality. let me know if you want more information on this.
