Buyers can only select their country for shipping purposes if valid shipping rates have been made available for their country. If you want to allow customers in the United Kingdom to buy from your store, you’ll need to create a shipping zone for the UK and enable shipping rates for this zone. You can use Shopify Markets to control which products are sold in each country you want to sell to and offer localized website content for different countries.
