We run a shop where the users can request their order to be delivered or picked-up in the store, on a specific day in the coming weeks. This has lead to quite a lot of customers wishing to edit their order (mostly add additional products).
This of course puts extra worked load on us, and increases the chance of errors, when we have to manually edit the orders and handle it manually.
Do you know a good solution that lets users edit their orders themself?
