you can implement that by allowing your customers to contact you to let you know their price and once you and your customers both are agreed on a price then you can either create a discount for that customer for that specific product and let them know the code or
you can yourself duplicate the selected products and create a draft order for them and send the invoice to the customer for agreed rates.
OR
you can go with an app that let your customers type the price they want to pay for your products

Hey, this thread is old but figured I’d add this since the problem is still relevant. I built an app called Fluxley that sits between what you’re doing now (manual negotiation over the phone) and Pay What You Want (customer picks any price).
With Fluxley you set a minimum price, and the customer negotiates with an AI chat right on the product page. They find a price that works for both of you without the back-and-forth of contact forms and phone calls.
