I sell e-services such as design, modification and marketing, and I do not want a fixed price for the services, but rather I want the customer to set his own budget.

you can implement that by allowing your customers to contact you to let you know their price and once you and your customers both are agreed on a price then you can either create a discount for that customer for that specific product and let them know the code or
you can yourself duplicate the selected products and create a draft order for them and send the invoice to the customer for agreed rates.
OR
you can go with an app that let your customers type the price they want to pay for your products

Thank you for the information.

I am already doing this now, and if he wants to request a service, he will contact me through the contact form, after that I call him and agree on the price, and I create a new product and send the link to them. But this takes a lot of time so I wanted something like an app that would help me with this thing.
