How can customers track their orders on my site using USPS numbers?

I dropship from Ali Express. I want customers to have the ability to track the order themselves on my site. I’ve tried 4 different order tracking apps, but none of them work. The tracking numbers are USPS and show on the USPS site. Has anyone else experienced this issue. If not can someone recommend an order tracking app that works with USPS numbers?

Hi @jaygatsby3366 ,

With my personal experience working with dropshipping companies, Track Order ‑ Order Tracking by Trackingmore will be a great choice for you. It’s a Must-have For Dropshipping because it supports AliExpress, YunExpress, 4PX, CJ Packet & ePacket tracking, etc. and of course USPS

In addition, it has the following outstanding features:

  • Automatic & accurate courier matching
  • Automatically import your tracking numbers so you can get current tracking info for all your shipments in one place
  • Automatically generate a branded tracking page under your store domain
  • Shipping notifications
  • Hide all Chinese origins
  • Perfectly Integrates with all dropshipping apps

I hope this will help you achieve your business goals.

Hi,
I’ve installed the app. Does not return any order information from my
USPS order number.

Hi there :waving_hand: ,

Install the Order Tracking Page & Returns app if you’re looking for a self-service tracking app. It detects USPS tracking numbers automatically and updates shipping information in real-time. You may also include a self-service order tracking link to your website so customers can keep track of their orders at any time. You may also send out shipping updates via email and SMS.

Hope this helps! :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi,

I don’t know what app you’ve decided to use; however, I suggest you contact the app provider directly anytime you have any problems tracking orders. They will investigate it further to come up with a solution.

Good luck

Hi,

I use Parcel Trackr as a tracking tool. It supports USPS, FedEx, Yun Express, DHL, etc.

I recommend it, because it’s a good tool, you can customize the tracking page, send notifications and translate the tracker checkpoints. The order statuses are updated automatically, besides there’s approximate delivery time on the tracking page, so customers can feel more confident.

There’s a free trial, so if you have any doubts, you can dispel any by trying it for free.

Hi, hope you are doing well, it seems a little late but helpful.

I think you can try to use ParcelPanel, it can sync all your orders on one page, which is convenient for you to manage, and supports 1000+ express companies around the world

Hi @jaygatsby3366 ,

You can try Parcel Panel and it offers a 40% off now. It integrates smoothly with over 1500+ international carriers, and USPS has become our old partners for the long term. You can customize your tracking pages on your websites, automatically send shipping notifications, and even our coming new function that we are the only order tracking app can fulfill so far– add an order tracking hub in the customer account to improve customer experience and loyalty.
