I’m just testing payment and shipping section of my site before I go live and have a question about tracking. How can my customers track their order? Is there a way through Shopify.
So once I send order is there somewhere where I can input tracking number for them. Jus not sure how it works. Thank you so much.

You can learn how to add tracking numbers to your customers’ orders here on our help site.
This would be visible on the Order Status page, or ‘thank you’ page that a customer can view and access after completing their order.
Are you setting up and using Shopify for your store for the first time, and is this a new or existing business you’re working on here?
You can try ConnectPOS, they have interesting PWA that allow customer to self checkout and track their order on the app. They integrate directly with Shopify so you can track all your data realtime

If you haven’t already, I’d think about what you can do in terms of marketing and promotions for your Shopify store moving forward.
It’s also a good idea to make up a marketing plan to help you organise your thinking around this.
