Can you provide me with more details as to what you’re looking to achieve? For example, do you perhaps currently offer bank transfer as one of your store’s payment methods, and would like a way for customers to upload their proof of transfer after they’ve made their payment?
If this is the case, we don’t currently offer this feature within Shopify. As explained in this guide however, if you’ve set up the bank transfer as a manual payment method on your store, you’ll be able to enter specific instructions that your customers can then follow for them to pay for the order. Within these instructions, you can perhaps include a sentence to guide your customers to email you a screenshot of their proof of payment. This way, you won’t have to chase up customers individually to provide you with their payment proof, as these instructions will be shown automatically on their order confirmation page after they have successfully completed their order.
I can see how useful it’ll be to have a file upload portal for customers to directly upload their proof of payment on checkout, however. I’ll submit this as feedback for our internal development team to consider. While I can’t promise if or when features will be implemented to our platform, you can keep up to date with Shopify’s newest releases via our Changelog here.
